Door Dynamic Hands op

Om gelijk maar met de deur in huis te vallen: Detacheren; om een of andere reden hangt er vaak een negatieve associatie omheen. De definitie van detachering

Detachering houdt in, dat een ander bedrijf personeel aan je uitleent. Als gedetacheerde werknemer, sta je bij ons op de loonlijst en werk je voor klanten die extra Dynamics 365 CE of/en Power Platform capaciteit nodig hebben. Maar stel jezelf eens de volgende vraag:

Stel, dat je nu voor een implementatiepartner of consultancy organisatie werkt. Precies, ook dan verricht je werkzaamheden voor eindklanten. Je ontvangt tevens een maandelijks salaris. Ook onze klanten zijn blij met deze focus en gaan je daadwerkelijk als hun collega zien.

Voordeel 2: Werken voor zowel klanten als implementatiepartners

Nog een ander voordeel is, dat we zowel voor directe eindklanten werken, als ook voor implementatie partners die Dynamics 365 CE of/en PowerPlatform implementeren en onderhouden bij hun eigen klanten. Het levert je nog meer kennis op. Bovendien doen we er alles aan, om je, naast je betrokkenheid bij de opdrachtgever, ook te betrekken bij het team van DynamicHands.

Voordeel 3: Employee first

Onze medewerkers staan echt op de eerste plaats en dat zal je in alles ervaren. Zo hebben we elke maand een teamdag, waarin we elkaar bijpraten over onze verschillende opdrachten, kennis uitwisselen en een leuke tijd beleven met social events. Naast dat we sowieso regelmatig contact hebben, voeren we 2 maandelijks een (bila) gesprek. Zo horen we of je het naar je zin hebt of wat er zou moeten veranderen. Samen bepalen we bijvoorbeeld of er opleidingsdoelen zijn, om jouw klant nog beter te bedienen. Desgewenst word je gekoppeld aan een coach, om je te begeleiden tijdens je werkzaamheden. Optimaliseren behoort namelijk tot onze kernwaardes en je ontvangt daarom een bonus bij het behalen van een Microsoft certificaat. Als het met jou goed gaat, dan profiteren onze klanten daar ook van.
